About the Presenter:
JoAnne Chitwood Nowack, author, producer, seminar presenter, counselor, and registered nurse, practiced as a hospice nurse for almost a decade. Her experience in hospice administration includes teaching many volunteer training classes. She continues to train volunteers using her materials and presents seminars on grief and bereavement.
